Whole is $6.25 per lb hanging weight. A whole will be roughly 600 lbs hanging weight - this will come to around $4,000 in the end, depending on how large your steer finishes out will determine the exact cost.

Half is $6.50 per lb hanging weight. A half will be roughly 300 lbs hanging weight. This will come to around $2,000 in the end, depending on how large your steer finishes out will determine the exact cost.

Quarter is $6.75 per lb hanging weight. A quarter will be roughly 150 lbs hanging weight. (All quarters have to be cut the same because they are true quarters meaning you get a little of ALL of the steer in a quarter. There is a predetermined list of cuts that come in a quarter. This will come to around $1,000 in the end, depending on how large your steer finishes out will determine the exact cost.

Brisket
Chuck roast
Sirloin
Ribeyes
NY strips
Filets
Cubed steak
Fajita strips
Beef tips
(A lot of) ground beef

*When purchasing wholes and halves you can choose the cuts you’d like.
(If we can put the cutsheet on there for them to fill out if they’d like (electronically) that would be awesome!) we could also have an option to choose the most commonly chosen cuts if they want and/ or make special requests along with the commonly chosen cut sheet.

We have to travel to Russellville to get them processed at a USDA facility. That’s the closest one to us. So if you’d like me to pick up and bring it back for you to pick up at the farm there is a fee of $100. If you’d like to pick it up at the processor yourself, there is no fee.
