Half (quantity of 2) and a whole (quantity of 4) come with the ability to choose your cuts. There is a discount for buying a whole, you will see this at checkout.

Final deposit price with any discount will be seen at checkout, your deposit is non-refundable.

*Our ground beef is roughly 90% lean. We do not add any fat from another animal in our ground beef (grocery stores will often add additional fat to their meat and it is how they have options like 80/20 ground beef). The ground beef you get will come from the cuts you do not select from your portion of beef.
